Meet The Team

Kim was quite literally born into a real estate family. She started early, working for her parents Carol and Chuck who owned a local title agency for many years. She has over 25 years of experience in the title insurance profession in various roles which include a focus on sales and closings. Kim is actively engaged with customers and is always closing real estate transactions of all types. She is unique in her extreme customer focus and enjoys looking “outside the box” to present proactive solutions to meet client needs. Kim is passionate about customer service which is infused into the culture of Premier Reputation Title.

Brenda has over 10 years of experience in Sales and Customer Service.  This experience revolved around property management and focused on building genuine relationships and ensuring the success of her clients in a team environment.  She learned early how essential it was to focus on her client's needs to create tailored solutions that meet their unique objectives. This project management experience ignited her passion and joy for developing revenue-driven strategies while fostering lasting partnerships. Building solid relationships with clients and stakeholders is at the heart of what she does.  Open lines of communication and collaboration are key essentials to understanding the needs of her clients.  Keeping her clients well informed of industry changes and challenges is at the heart of her strong commitment to educating her clients. 

Ultimately, her goal is to empower others and contribute to their success. She is a trusted advocate who promotes insightful strategies, effective teamwork, and just being someone to rely on. Brenda has the passion needed to assist her clients with the tools for success and continues to make a positive impact in the industry.

Cindy started in the title insurance industry and 1985 with other like-minded partners and grew a large customer base by providing professional and knowledgeable customer service. After that company was sold, she operated her own company for 23 years before joining our team. Cindy enjoys traveling, family events, fitness and spending time with her grandchildren when not working.

Nedra Gause is our Florida Processing Manager. With 20 plus years of experience in the title industry, she is the go-to girl in the office for getting it done. Nedra is well versed in title and closing practices. She is fully confident and supportive of staff and clients. Her big smile can even be felt through the phone. Nedra keeps the processing and closing team on task, in order, and in good spirits. She is a team player!

Traci Gause started her career in customer service industry and has switched over to the title industry as a Post Closer in February 2021. She has learned so much about title since starting here at Premier. She is a self-starter and hard worker. She is quick to learn the many tasks that have been presented to her. She is a great asset to this company with a bright future.

Dave has been a Naples resident since 2024.  However, his folks lived on Marco Island for over 50 years.  He has witnessed the entire SW Florida landscape evolve into the great metropolis it is today, offering the finest things the State of Florida has to offer.  

 

As a product of Michigan, he is a trusted advisor that brings Mid-Western work ethic to all of his clients.  Every client connection brings with-it a flare of concierge style of customer service.  He provides the highest level of communication with clarity as his main goal.  Dave understands the risks and complexities of all real estate transactions, having 24 years' experience in the field.  There is a lot at stake and this is what fuels his drive for excellence.  

His passion is to make sure all of his clients have the tools and technology necessary to make sound and prudent business decisions.

Originally from Massachusetts, Jamie moved to Naples in 1999. She has had the wonderful opportunity to experience growing up in southwest Florida & all the lifestyle has to offer.  She is excited to share her personal experience and knowledge of the area and all of its hidden gems.  Jamie moved to Southern California for 8 years in 2012 to embark on opening her boutique jewelry store and focusing on the fashion industry.  She transitioned into real estate in 2020 starting out in property management and eventually becoming a licensed agent.

 

Specializing in all residential, commercial selling & purchasing, foreclosures, probate and distressed situations as well as all other areas of real estate.  Jamie prides herself on providing impeccable customer service and focusing on making each client a priority.  She is excited to apply her skills & knowledge as she enters into the field of title as an order opener. 

 

When she isn’t working you can find her engaging in outdoor activities with her young daughter. As well as enjoying the arts of all mediums, traveling, and being surrounded by family.

​Jean is our Title Processing Specialist.  She has over 27 years of real estate experience having worked for attorneys, builders and title insurance companies.  She has a friendly attitude and a dedication for making each closing a pleasant experience for clients.  She not only excels in her professional role but also whole heartedly loves Southwest Florida. 

 

Her love for Florida’s beautiful environment and vibrant culture extends to her work where she takes pride in helping her clients with the closing process in our sunny paradise.

​Sheryl has a passion for everything in the world of Title Insurance. Her 26 years in the business is the litmus test for the customer service she provides. Sheryl brings her Mid-Western work ethic from the state of Michigan. Her time in Michigan set the foundation of her customer service talents. Sheryl’s skill sets have now (2022) transcended into SW Florida. She has performed every task within the Title Insurance arena: processing, escrow management, overseeing satellite office and account coordination.

 

Sherly is now a permanent fixture in the Estero Office and is the Assistant Manager of Premier Reputation Tile Services (Bonita Springs & Estero). Sheryl has an end goal of placing smiles on the faces of all the people at the closing table! “Title is the last step in the Real Estate transaction, I want to make it memorable.”
